TO-DO LIST

1. Kallie to move our account to INB bank.
2. Kim to email Cammie about upstairs Kitchenette Remodel (Parent’s Club). If it is too exspensive we recommend painting inside/new day bed covers.
3. Carolyn to check with dad on main bathroom remodel. (what do we need to do)
4. Kallie- will check with neighbor contractor guy about bidding bathroom. ($30K?)
5. Possible idea to have deltas draw up a bathroom sketch? Does plumbing have to stay put? Are there any girls that are design majors? Kim to email Kristen.
6. Email Penny about these two items: Caulking around mirrors (girls stated in their list), and a screen in Nutnook, and a towel rack in handicap bathroom. Kim to email.
7. Request to get piano tuned? Who pays for this? Kim to email Kristen.
8. Denise Garceau- Wendy to email Kim her contact information. We can maybe ask her to draw up a kitchenette and maybe bathroom sketch? Wendy’s daughter may also be able to use AutoCad to draw a plan!
9. Carolyn to check with Kim for April 08 Fundraising kick off ideas. Carolyn will check report back to Kim M. (me!) about what the other Kim has to say on website ideas( Silent auction online, pay with paypal? How to collect monies?)
10. Tile’s—still like this idea for fundraising. So much money gets ya a tile on the bathroom. Here were our amount ideas from before: Plan to complete “delta” shaped colored tiles or colored engraving for wall above paper towel rack at Silver= $1500 donation, Gold=$100, Blue=$500. We will encourage pledge class challenges!
11. Kallie/Carolyn to meet to budget plan.
12. Carolyn to create aggressive savings plan for bathroom remodel.
13. Mattresses were donated to Salvation Army from the house. Anyone remember?
