ACCOUNT BALANCES Main Chk acct: ~ $103,168

INSURANCE FOR BOILER
DISCUSSION
Kallie confirmed that the insurance policy is kept for us at MJ Insurance, and that the boiler is covered.
FURNITURE FOR DINING ROOM
DISCUSSION
Specific model and # of tables and chairs were reviewed. New bid ~$11,700. Sylvan Furniture.
ACTION ITEMS PERSON RESPONSIBLE DEADLINE
Determine if wooden seat to chairs is an option. Confirm style and # of stools. Determine strength of tables when leaves used. ? Want to have furniture delivered over summer, after floors done, and walls painted.
SILVERWARE
DISCUSSION
We will purchase 120 place settings of silverware. Extra serving pieces will be useful for “family style” dining.
CONCLUSIONS
Get costs. Committee okay’d Wendy using for daughter’s wedding over the summer.

LAWN SERVICE
DISCUSSION
Jennifer will write letter to release Rick & Wendy Mackleit from further service to the House.
CONCLUSIONS We will find new lawn care/grounds maintenance service.

HARDWOOD FLOORS
DISCUSSION
Check if were polished over Christmas break.
CONCLUSIONS Floors were NOT done over break. Need full re-finish

MATTRESS COVERS
DISCUSSION
Have the girls replaced their mattress covers with waterproof, fully enclosing style?
CONCLUSIONS Need to make sure this has happened.

The girls want to paint the DR, and have picked out paint. Also want to replace existing fabric valances.

Water is running “yellow.” Does the house need a filtering system? Softening system? Culligan for drinking H2O?

Oven works, but for how long. It is old.

DISCUSSION
Existing vacuums are wearing out. The current vacuums are expensive, and are probably not doing any better job than inexpensive ones.

Replace vacuums. Need five. Suction only vs. model with “beater bar”

Siding, gutters, screens. All need attention.

Determine specific needs.

SENIOR ADDITION
DISCUSSION
Girls say heaters don’t work, or don’t work well. Beds are against heaters which are mounted on the walls. Windows may have gaps, may need replacing.

STUDY REMODEL/AC
DISCUSSION
Need to maximize space, modernize, improve individual work spaces. Possible wiring needs? Determine if A/C has been replaced.
CONCLUSIONS
Study needs to be updated.
