1. To Do List Status-Bathroom entry curtains, mat, cubby curtain
• Carolyn/Kim to find fabric and make outer privacy curtain for dry rooms and cubby.
• Kallie to find website and order absorbent mats
• Check w/house mom on how privacy curtains are mounted and recheck with Kim on what they found from old rods/curtains
2. Summer To Do List (Finding a summer cleaner-everyone work on this one!)
3. Budget Analysis for summer spending- Kim A. will check around the house for any needed items for summer projects—high need only.
4. Fundraising Update – Wendy to check with Nationals on letter specifics and the go ahead.
5. Priority Spending List was shared to update members on what has been done recently.
TO DO LIST:
• Kallie to pick up fabric sample from bathroom for C/Kim and bring flowers to house on the death of the collegiate.
• Kallie ask treasurer about bill and about check out damage deposits so that they are returned to House Cor. Damage deposits are issued and reissued at end of year. (double check this w/treasurer) Present rent/deposit increase!
• ALL H.C. Members…locate an agency to clean the house professionally this summer! Thanks!
• Wendy-call Spokane Alum chapter and get a check for flowers.
• Wendy- get Kallie website for bath mats.
• Kim/Carolyn-make curtains. Carolyn to check with brother on where to get the "small" curtains for shower stalls.
