• Main bathroom in the old edition
o “Larger bathroom stalls”

• Paint the walls in the bed rooms
o “Bright colors”

o “Pastels, not white – too dingy”
o “Walls of the bedrooms are dull and not welcoming. We would
like to see each room painted colors.”

• Sleeping porches (upstairs and downstairs)
o New carpet in both

o New beds/mattresses

• Study/Desks all over house
o Update study

• Caulking around vanities
o New hardware

• Living room furniture

• Hardwood floors throughout the breezeway (I’m assuming where the TV
