PRIORITY LIST

NHC-option for Theta Nu House Cor.

This is the National House Corporation that would could hand over our current responsibilities to. They would then own the deed to the house and manage the property, provide a yearly visit, pay bills, and be in charge of remodel/update decisions.

We could also hire a managing company and we would retain the deed and they would do the bill paying, remodels, etc.

How do you feel about this? We are feeling like we don’t have any interested alums in taking on offices for House Cor.

Recruitment of HC-

Wendy hopes to get the alum email list from Nationals and we’ll send out a survey asking for interested alums in helping out (maybe a 2-year commitment to an office)
