March Planning Session 2007

Planning Ideas:

Email to House Manager-we'd like to plan a visit...do you have a chapter meeting or all house we could say hello at in late March or early April?

House Cor would also like to personally check in with you regarding plans for end of year check out. We would love the house to be emptied of "stuff" by the actual women of the house so that we could pay someone just to clean, not clean up stuff! We are totally open to your ideas or possible ideas from the women! We are also wondering if you are personally able to stay until all women have checked out with you ( I believe this is in your job description?). Here is a possible idea for a checkout...

Checklist:
Remove all belongings/garbage and wipe down the following areas:
Individual Room Space
Closet Area in Room
Common Area in Room
Desk Area (if applicable)
Bed Area
Mailbox Space
Bathroom Cubby
Name:______________ Room:_______________
Checkout Initials:______ Date:______________

Communication to House Cor. for WSU visit:

Ladies- who would be available for a DDD end of year visit on March
26th,
which is a Monday.
Goals: Mingle with the girls
Meet with Danna to coordinate end of year checkout.
Share/gather priority list of fix ups over summer.
Check in Penny on summer fix its.
Confirm with Kim cleaning contract for summer.
Pick up extra paint from bathroom and recycle to Lindsay for
reimbursement.

I think it would be really valuable for as many of us as possible to
go! We could also motivate the gals to recruit 30 more women!! Ihave
finally just called Michelle Shimberg and she said she would just ask around
if anyone would like to donate! She also plans to do a spring visit to
the U, UoI and WSU. Cool huh?
Wendy/Kay-- should we ask the Spokane Alums for interested donations?

Kallie- could you please give us a budget update the week before this
March date? THANKS! We also need more deposit slips and checks for
our
fundraising account. I'm not on it...so I'm not able to do that!

Final costs on February fridge project. Fridge $504.64, Labor to
deliver/install $190, also installed were curtain rods in bathroom.
