Here are the items we raised last year:
Rent: annual cost of living raise request from 3% to 5%
Capital Expense (Building fund): increase from $20.00 (stagnant for more than 15
years) to $30.00 per girl to be reviewed again in two years.
Damage Deposit: increase from $50.00 to $75.00 to be reviewed again in two
years.
Repairs/damages payment by House Corporation vs. Chapter: increase the minimum
from $100.00 to $250.00 that require a payment by House Corporation

Thanks for meeting tonight. We missed seeing everyone else!  Kallie and Carolyn
and I have decided to increase the Initiation fee from $93 to $100 and increase
rent by  5%.  Kallie is also going to check into when our Balloon Payment for
our mortage is due. She will get back to us.

Other News: The chapter has asked permission to paint the sleeping porch Navy
blue. If anyone has input on that issue  let me know, otherwise I will assist
the girls in what they need- as promised this fall at their chapter meeting by House Cor.
DDD dads will hopefully be painting and putting up the purchased curtains this
month. Lindsay- could you please check in with Penny as to the correct colors
for the various walls?  Thanks!  A new fence is also surrounding the back parking lot!
